Excellent condition. The top has rack rash, and the back has some marks, but in a rack it will look superb. S/N 207. Restored by Wine Country in 1999 (certificate included). This is a very cool vintage sampler and works fine. Very easy to learn, navigate and operate. 16 bit, great sound.
And quite rare, so highly collectable – only about 300 made by Sequential Circuits in 1987/88. This unit has been used occasionally over recent years in a home studio environment. A few disks are included in the auction – some original Sequential disks as well as some M1 samples.
The unit has been very reliable over the years, and the backlight foil on the display has been replaced, so this is still good. Includes the remote controller with cable, and original operating manual and service data with schematics. Also included is an unused Wine Country P3000 survival kit. This and all the other Sequential items in this section were featured in the definitive book ‘The Prophet from Silicon Valley – the Complete Story of Sequential Circuits’ by David Abernethy.
They all come from David’s personal studio, and have been carefully shipped over from New Zealand to VEMIA on a shock-protected pallet, so that further shipping costs are reasonable.
