Description |
Not just any old OB8 - this is gorgeous! Software version B5 (the latest?) - the EPROM on the MIDI board is labelled B5-4.
**But NB it's amazing how light direction makes such a difference to perception of cosmetics. We just received this back from the re-bushing, put it with its back to a window, and saw the top is NOT immaculate as we claimed earlier. There are lots of tiny scuffs or marks which were completely invisible when we took the photo. It is still definitely overall in very good condition, though.**
In full working order, with newly re-bushed keyboard and everything checked and calibrated - though there was very little which needed doing, which is always a good sign.
Interestingly, it doesn't have the latest Page Two markings on the front panel, but it does have factory MIDI, with the sockets very neatly located in the left-hand end-cheek, mirroring the pan controls on the other end cheek.
A NOT absolutely immaculate front panel - but very good! - and just one small mark in the left-hand controller panel - see photo. Very nice condition wood side panels, and keyboard in very good condition - a few marks, one burn on side of the top G, but nothing affecting playing pleasure.
Certainly not very much-used, and protected by its flightcase, so it really is superb. With **original** owner's manual, flightcase, and IEC mains lead if needed. |
