I bought this lovely 1970s USA-made tube combo amp from Vintage & Rare Guitars in Bath for £695 on 26.6.2006. Switchable US/UK voltage. I've used it for recording my Fender Rhodes piano. I was told by a technician I’ve known for a long time that the type of transformer in this amp means it is as good for keyboards as for guitars. This is in very good cosmetic condition for its type, with just a few dings in the tolex. With its twin footswitch (reverb and vibrato) and original Fender speakers. VEMIA note: We think this probably dates from between 1974 and 1977 - probably the best period for these amps after the blackface era ended in 1968. Packing 40GBP - palletising is the safe way or of course hand delivery or collection to save that charge. |
