Description |
Model: Electravox Deluxe
Very rare electronic accordion/organ with a beautiful classy design, from the endlessly innovative Hohner company. This model probably dates from the 60's but is in very good condition and was recently serviced. It is designed as an accordion-shaped combo organ, sounding rather like a Farfisa. Has 120 bass/chord buttons (2 bass tones, 3 chord tones, each can be boosted, bass can be 8ft or 8+16ft, with or
without sustain), plays fully polyphonic on the right-hand keyboard (various sounds from 16ft up to 2ft - see photographs). Vibrato speed/depth each have two settings. Each footage can be set to percussion (variable decay) or mandolin-like tremolo (variable speed), the 8ft can be set to sustain, Brilliant switch is provided.
So with all these controls, various layers, some percussive, some sustained, etc., can be created - pretty versatile. Master volume is controlled by the usual movement of the bellows. Comes complete with a power/audio unit (110/130/220/240V switchable) with two separate outputs (for bass and chord/lead) or one combined output, one 7-pin cable (PSU to accordion), two audio cables (3-pin to regular 1/4inch
jack), owners manual and service manual/schematic (English/German), leather straps, and a deluxe Hohner green baize lined wooden fitted case.
