Woodwind Sound System W1 |
Description |
Model: 'Woodwind Sound System' W1
As used by Don Ellis, Eddie Harris and other wild 60's jazzers, to add various effects to their trumpet or any wind instrument. The W1 simulates various instruments one or two octaves below the one played into it. It can also add fuzz and variable tremolo and EQ. This is in good working/cosmetic condition. The original mini-jack inputs have been changed to regular 1/4 inch jacks, so it can easily be used with microphone, keyboard, guitar - almost anything if the input is at a
good level and clear and monophonic. As also used by Kraftwerk. Two videos on youtube show similar models and what they can do: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fa-CzucVfvw and www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jcJ2H5F3mU
